As you all know, I barely ever post on my blog at all anymore. Last time I posted, other than the 3 videos yesterday morning, was late March.
So, to revamp my blog, I plan on making a post a week like I had planned to do in the first place. I got distracted with end-of-year tests, exams, festivals, and most important family issues. (R.I.P Great Grandma 'Phena!).
Though, I might not be able to follow through with my plans during the month of July, because I am setting off for summer camp in approximately 5 days (Or, if you prefer logically speaking, 4 days because I am writing this post after midnight) And I will be there until the 27th of July. Since I won't be able to log into LotRO at all, there is pretty much no use in updating my blog since I am doing nothing and have nothing to report. But I promise that once I come home from camp, I will post a day-by-day log of everything we did, excluding the days that we did nothing important.
Now, without further ado, here is my blog post!
Lately, Weatherstock happened on top of Weatherstock on the Landroval server! Really? It did? Yes.
10 bands played 3-5 songs each, including an encore. Well, I gotta say I was already kinda pooped by the time the 3rd band walked up to centre stage, so I just headed over to the FOZ (freak out zone) and drank a bit of ale and got some IRL food then we banged away on a few lutes and theorbos. By the time I headed back up to Weatherstock, the 5th band was already playing through their encore song. I found a comfy spot behind a big white bearded man (Beorbrand) and enjoyed the rest of the festival.
My favorite band was the
Songburrow Strollers and their bouncing song! Good thing they won LMB's choice, because I was surprised they didn't win the Light in the Dark.
Overall, the event was pretty much what I had hoped for. (excluding the lag)
At the beginning of this month, I decided it was time for a change of scenery. I built myself a hefty reputation on Crickhollow, I wanted to escape it all so I decided to start fresh on the Landroval server after creating a character for Weatherstock. I also got the privilege of joining The Lonely Mountain Band! My new kinmates are as friendly as you could ever imagine! Funny too! If you ever plan on joining LMB, make sure you have a pie, a cookie, and a few dozen muffins. (Not too many for Bluebonnett though! She's on rehab for them!)
To conclude, here is a picture of a sexy captain named Saelriane, posing in front of a shoe on a stick.
~Luv,
Trignee, Saelriane, Aivya, Avlyn, and Potomal!
